Tech Support Pricing

At TC’s Tech Care, we offer personalized, knowledgeable tech support tailored to your needs. Below is our current pricing structure for our on-site services.

Free 15 Minute Phone Call

A complimentary 15-minute phone consultation provides an opportunity for prospective clients to discuss their technology needs, ask questions, and determine if TC’s Tech Care is the right fit—without any obligation. This brief conversation helps us understand your situation, offer initial guidance, and ensure that any in-person visit is focused, efficient, and tailored to your specific concerns. It’s a simple, professional first step toward reliable tech support you can trust.

On-Site Tech Support (Preferred)

🏡 $220 for up to 1.5 hours
🕒 $50/.5 hr thereafter 

✔ Example:

  • 90-minute visit: $220
  • 2-hour visit: $270

📍 Travel Policy: Covers locations within 30 minutes of downtown Brevard. Additional fees may apply for locations beyond this area—contact us for a custom quote.

Why Face to Face Matters

Offering on-site, face-to-face services is essential for TC’s Tech Care because it builds trust, ensures clearer communication, and allows for hands-on problem solving that simply isn’t possible over the phone or through email. Many of our clients feel more comfortable with in-person support, especially when dealing with unfamiliar technology, and appreciate the personal attention and reassurance that comes from having a real person there to guide them. This approach not only improves customer satisfaction but also helps us deliver faster, more effective solutions tailored to each individual’s needs.

🚀 Same-Day Appointments: Additional $70 charge for on-site support.
📆 Cancellations: Less than 24-hour notice incurs a $50 charge.

We specialize in patient, personalized service for everyone.

Do you work with both PC and Mac systems?

Yes. We support both Windows (PC) and macOS (Apple) systems, along with iPhones, iPads, Android devices, and a variety of other technologies commonly used in homes and small offices.

What areas do you serve?
